Ok Cast: The last e-mail for real.
The cast call is 5:45 (don?t be late). I want everyone there in time to get on makeup, do their hair, get into Jamal Shuriahs and costumes, to do a vocal and dance warm ups, review props, and relax ? so if that means get there earlier so be it.
At the end of the show you must return your mics to jeff or doug, get out of costumes, NEATLY baste them and return your props. The faster you clean up the faster you can get out.
No guests are allowed backstage including family and friends ? no exceptions. Remind your guests that they will really help us out by waiting for you to come out at the end of the show.
I?d like you all to get plenty of rest tonight, and the rest your voices. Relax, and don?t be nervous. You are all Wunderbar and KMK is going to be Too Darn Hot. Mud in your eye, break a leg, merde. See you tomorrow at 5:45 Rosie Time. Thank you so much for making this so much fun and GOOD LUCK!

Hi Everyone- I have the rehearsal schedule here for Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the schedule will be posted tomorrow. These next few weeks will be very hectic and we expect you to make every rehearsal you are called for. Please arrive early to every rehearsal and save me the stress of finding you all. Besides going to extra help because you are failing and being home sick dying there are no excuses out of rehearsals.
Monday
2:45-3:45 Mike and Alon with Fran,
3-3:45 Everyone with Dr.Levy
3:45-4:30 Tom, Dick, Harry with Fran,
3:45-4:05 Mike and Alon with Dr. Levy
4:05-4:30 Nikki and Rob with Dr. Levy
4:30 - 5 David and boys with Fran (I've Come To Wive),
4:30 - 5 Jackie and Jamal with Dr. Levy (Jamal will join Fran when finished with Dr. Levy).
5-5:30 *** We may schedule a few people here with Fran
Tuesday- 2:45 - 6 Everyone with Fran Running many numbers!!!!
Additional Announcements:
-Tickets are ready to be picked up.
-Principals will be working on Wednesday and Thursday evenings!
-Sunday, Nov. 6 will be a working day for us. We will be rehearsing @ 1-5.
-Friday, Nov. 11 (Veterans Day) will definitely be a working day for us. Time to be announced, Sunday, Nov 13 will be our first Dress Rehearsal (Time to be announced)
-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Nov 14, 15, 16 will be dress rehearsals: 6-10 and if needed Thursday, Nov 17 6-10
We need cast members to ACTIVELY talk up the show and to get ticket orders from friends. Alan will give you ticket request forms for you to take orders only (you wont be given tickets since they are reserved seats nor will you have to collect money. All you need to do is to make announcements in each of your classes this week and have people fill out the forms and hand them into me or Alan.)
This Monday we'll be 3 weeks away from dress rehearsal and we have so much to do.

This is the rehearsal schedule for this week, it will probably be changed as nessisary. Who's Who must be in by Tuesday or it will be "(insert your name here) is a member of theater south." I would also ask you all to chill out about rehearsal schedules. They are very hard to make, and take Alan a long time to draft, so you must be patient about receiving them and stop bothering me.

We will be working until 6 however, some of you will be dismissed earlier. Alan will be working with Dave, Nikki, Mike, Alon, Jackie, Alan will also try to free Jamal and Rob to work on a scene or two. Rehearsal 3-6
